Khloé Kardashian Just Shut Down The Haters Who Feel The Need To Body-Shame New Moms

Moms who have just given birth are frequently under an inordinate amount of pressure to miraculously drop any weight gained during their pregnancy and revert to their pre-baby bodies within mere months of shoving a human out of their nether regions. Even celebrities, with significant money and time and help at their disposal, often find this kind of expectation ridiculous and unrealistic.

As we all know, Khloé Kardashian gave birth to her adorable daughter, True, in April of this year. And, even though there was a considerable amount of drama leading up to True’s delivery, both mom and baby seem to be doing especially well.

Prior to her giving birth, Khloé was extremely fitness-oriented and was super enthusiastic about her workout regimen.

However, since giving birth, Khloé has admitted that, even though she’s getting back into her workout routine, her body hasn’t “bounced back” from her pregnancy (an unrealistic standard set by many celebrities and Instagram influencers).

On Tuesday, Khloé took to Twitter to call out the people who felt the need to weigh in on what new moms should or shouldn’t do in terms of exercise after giving birth — because no two people are the same, and everyone’s process of dealing with new motherhood is going to be different.

Thanks for reminding everybody that he perfect post-baby body is whatever damn body you happen to have, Khloè!
