I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, and every night I stare at my phone until 2am and wake up looking like a raccoon who slept in the trash. It seems like being exhausted all the time is just part of being an adult, and adult life is hard enough without slogging through your day like a zombie. That’s why I take naps throughout the day, listen to ASMR, and drink my coffee stronger than a 90s baseball player.
